Information about programmes, proposed initiatives and fundraising goals is provided for general information. Assistance depends on eligibility, available resources, location and programme capacity. Submitting a request does not guarantee assistance.
3. Website use
You agree to use this website lawfully and to provide accurate information when contacting us, making donations or applying to participate in our activities.
You must not misuse the website, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent information, upload harmful material, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with its operation.
4. Donations
Where donation facilities are available, donations must be voluntary and made using funds you are authorised to contribute.
Unless a specific purpose is agreed when we accept a donation, contributions may support our charitable programmes and reasonable administrative and operating expenses.
For a donation accepted for a restricted purpose, we will respect that restriction. If the purpose becomes impracticable, we will contact the donor where reasonably possible to agree an appropriate alternative or refund, subject to applicable law.

Recurring donations, if offered, require your express authorisation. You may cancel future recurring payments through the payment provider or by contacting contact@lhfofficial.com. Cancellation does not automatically reverse payments already processed.
6. Donation refunds and cancellations
Donations are generally final. However, if you believe a payment was duplicated, made in error or unauthorised, please contact contact@lhfofficial.com promptly with the payment date, amount and transaction reference. Do not email full card details, passwords or OTPs.
We will investigate requests and provide a refund where appropriate or required by law. Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method, subject to payment-provider procedures.
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights.
7. Tax benefits and foreign contributions
A donation does not automatically qualify for a tax deduction. Any tax benefit depends on the Foundation’s valid approvals, the donation and applicable law. Please obtain confirmation of eligibility before relying on any tax benefit.
Foreign contributions will be accepted only where the Foundation has the necessary permissions and can meet applicable Indian legal requirements. Please contact us before making a contribution from a foreign source.
8. Ambulance and medical transport
Our website and contact forms are not emergency dispatch channels and may not be monitored continuously. In an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service immediately.
Where offered, ambulance or medical transport assistance is subject to operational availability, service area and the capabilities of the vehicle and personnel. Availability and response times cannot be guaranteed.

9. Volunteers and partnerships
Volunteer applications, partnership enquiries and sponsorship proposals are subject to review and acceptance. Submitting an enquiry does not create employment, agency or a partnership relationship.
